How does the app calculate my score?

Your myAir score is calculated based on the following four factors: usage hours, mask seal, events per hour (the times your breath partially or fully stops) and mask on/off times. A higher score means a higher sleeping quality.

How to connect my device to my app?

In the myAir app, tap Profile - My equipment - Pair Bluetooth. Then follow the prompts on the app to complete the Bluetooth connection. If the connection is completed, the Bluetooth connection symbol will appear on the device status bar.
